What is

APPRENTICE?

APPRENTICE is a 10-week discipleship and development program for high school graduates and college students (ages 16–20) who want to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus and their purpose in life. Through a mix of teaching, mentoring, and real-world experience, students will be trained to live Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, mission-driven lives, both on campus and beyond.

PROJECTS

Throughout the programme, students will complete various projects such as assignments, presentations, and creative work. These are designed to help them reflect deeply, communicate clearly, and apply what they’ve learned.

WORKSHOPS

Students meet four days a week (Tuesday–Friday) for workshops at Every Nation Church Malaysia. These sessions include theological lessons, hands-on activities, and group discussions that help students apply what they’re learning to real-life situations.

EXPOSURE TRIPS

Throughout the program, students will be sent out on two exposure trips—one focused on community outreach and the other on cross-cultural missions. These trips are designed to give students a firsthand glimpse of how the gospel meets real-world needs and what it means to serve beyond their comfort zones.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our workshops, exposure trips, and projects aim to develop APPRENTICEs in a variety of ways, from equipping them in their knowledge of Christ and developing Biblical interpretation skills, to learning time management techniques and being exposed to various social issues.

WHEN DO THE TRIPS TAKE PLACE?

Community Exposure Trip (Out of Klang Valley)

*Those who are keen to join APPRENTICE but are unable to attend these trips should highlight this to us. You are still highly encouraged to join us for the rest of the programme nonetheless!

What if I am not from Malaysia, or KL/Selangor?

If you are from other parts of Malaysia, do reach out to us to discuss accommodation options.

If you are not from Malaysia, your eligibility is subject to your country’s visa requirements.

Can non-Every Nation members join APPRENTICE?

Absolutely! Just be aware that APPRENTICE is largely aligned with the values and practices of Every Nation Ministries.

WHAT IF I’M REALLY INTERESTED IN THE PROGRAMME BUT UNABLE TO AFFORD THE FEE UPFRONT?

We have flexible payment options that allow for APPRENTICEs to separate their fees into two payments (before & during), or weekly payments. Reach out to us if you truly would like to join us but require financial assistance! The last thing we want to see is finances being the barrier to your growth with APPRENTICE.

A HOLISTIC FORMATION

On top of workshops, projects, and trips, we hope that our APPRENTICEs get to experience what it truly means to be part of a family of believers even after the programme ends. We do this through:

PASTORAL MENTORS

Every APPRENTICE is connected to a pastoral figure in the local church to facilitate personal discipleship and life mentoring.

DAILY DEVOTIONS

Every day, the APPRENTICEs gather for a time of worship, reading the Word, and praying together to facilitate the habit of daily devotions.

MINISTRY INVOLVEMENT

Throughout the ten weeks, APPRENTICEs are included to serve in ministry projects, services, and departments to cultivate a heart for building the local church.
